Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
