After a layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
