Low days while job hunting, warehouse supervisor here

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
