Low days while job hunting (update)

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
