Low days while job hunting (update)

After a layoff as an electrician's helper I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
