Low days while job hunting (update)

After a layoff as a bookkeeper I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
