I have been out of work for 22 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
