Low days while job hunting (update)

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
