Low days while job hunting (Tampa)

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
