Low days while job hunting (St. Louis)

After a layoff as a paralegal I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
