Low days while job hunting (Spokane)

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a sales associate before this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
