Low days while job hunting, security officer here

After a layoff as a security officer I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
