Low days while job hunting (San Diego)

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
