Low days while job hunting (Salt Lake City)

After a layoff as a delivery driver I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
