Low days while job hunting (Providence)

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
