Low days while job hunting (Providence)

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
