Low days while job hunting (Providence)

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 24 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
