Low days while job hunting, production planner here

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
