Low days while job hunting, pharmacy technician here

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
