Low days while job hunting, pharmacy technician here

After a layoff as a pharmacy technician I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
