Low days while job hunting (Oklahoma City)

After a layoff as an event coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
