Low days while job hunting (Oklahoma City)

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
