Low days while job hunting (Oklahoma City)

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
