Low days while job hunting (Minneapolis)

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
