Low days while job hunting, medical assistant here

After a layoff as a medical assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
