Low days while job hunting, marketing coordinator here

After a layoff as a marketing coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
