Low days while job hunting, logistics coordinator here

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
