Low days while job hunting, line cook here

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 11 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
