Low days while job hunting, line cook here

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 6 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
