Low days while job hunting, janitorial supervisor here

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
