Low days while job hunting - first time posting

After a layoff as a bookkeeper I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
