Low days while job hunting - first time posting

After a layoff as a marketing coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
