Low days while job hunting - first time posting

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 10 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
