Low days while job hunting - first time posting

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 9 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
