Low days while job hunting - first time posting

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
