Low days while job hunting - first time posting

After a layoff as a medical assistant I am finding mornings difficult. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
