Low days while job hunting - first time posting

After a layoff as a project coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
