Low days while job hunting - first time posting

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
