Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
