Low days while job hunting (Denver)

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
