Low days while job hunting, dental hygienist here

After a layoff as a dental hygienist I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
