Low days while job hunting (Dallas)

After a layoff as a web developer I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
