Low days while job hunting (Cleveland)

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
