Low days while job hunting

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
