Low days while job hunting (Buffalo)

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
