Low days while job hunting, bookkeeper here

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
