Low days while job hunting, barista here

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 25 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
