Low days while job hunting (Atlanta)

I sent 16 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
