Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as a quality inspector I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 12 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
