Low days while job hunting - any advice?

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
